How to delete Cookies?

When you enter an online site, it is common for a file called a cookie to be generated and stored in your browser. Cookies store specific information about a user, such as authentication data that helps you stay registered on your favorite web pages.

We recommend that you clean your browser's cookies regularly, especially if you notice inconveniences when entering and browsing web pages.

Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chorme,
  2. Click on the plus icon in the upper right corner,
  3. Click on settings,
  4. At the bottom of the page, click advanced settings,
  5. Under Privacy and Security, click Content Settings,
  6. Under Cookies, click see all cookies,
  7. Enter chikenito, in the search for cookies,
  8. Click remove,
  9. Click done.

Firefox:

  1. Open Google Firefox,
  2. Click the open menu icon in the upper right corner,
  3. Select options,
  4. Select the Privacy and Security tab,
  5. Under Cookies and site data, click view manage permissions,
  6. Enter chikenito, in the field under Website Address,
  7. Click remove from website,
  8. Click save changes.

Safari:

  1. Open Safari,
  2. Click on Safari,
  3. Click on Preferences,
  4. Click on Privacy,
  5. Click Manage Site Data,
  6. Enter chikenito, in the search field,
  7. Click delete all,
  8. Click save.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge,
  2. Press the keys Ctrl+Shift+Del,
  3. Select the box next to Cookies and saved website data,
  4. Click Delete.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer,
  2. Click on the tools icon in the upper right corner,
  3. Select Internet options,
  4. In the General tab under Browsing History, select Settings,
  5. Click View Files,
  6. Enter chikenito, in the search field,
  7. Click on a cookie and then select all cookies using Ctrl+A,
  8. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
